Green Policy
Perivoli Country Hotel & Retreat is about to be certified for its "green" policy aimed at saving natural resources and protecting the environment.
With respect for the environment, we apply a "green" policy to our hotel, which means we recycle (plastic and glass packaging, kitchen oils, batteries) and we take all possible steps to save valuable resources. We have installed air conditioning inverters, thermal insulated frames, A+ energy class TVs and minibars, external light sensors/timers, general key card switches in the rooms, an LPG heating system, biological cleaning and LED lighting. There is a fast charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles in the hotel parking lot.
We are committed to ensuring that our business activities preserve the natural ecosystem. For example, we refrain from displaying or selling local wildlife or collecting and selling native wild plants. We also ask our guests to respect and protect these ecosystems, avoiding any disturbances to wildlife and natural habitats, such as bird nests, during their visit.
We fully support local legislation that regulates hunting practices in the area, which is updated annually through ministerial decisions and environmental guidelines.
At Perivoli Country Hotel & Retreat, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity. We strictly prohibit all forms of commercial, sexual, or other exploitation or harassment, ensuring that everyone associated with our business is treated with dignity and respect. We fully comply with labor laws and ensure that wages meet or exceed local standards. Our commitment to fair treatment includes providing safe working conditions and respecting all labor rights. We provide employment opportunities without discriminating against anyone based on their gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, or any other factor. By adhering to these principles, we foster a work environment rooted in respect, equality, and fairness for our employees, partners, and guests.
